Why KSI
Overview
High voltage engineering is more challenging than low voltage because the energies involved are more difficult to contain and control, especially over long periods of time. Improperly
managed, these energies can cause instability and/or failure of the power supply itself, or damage
to other parts of the application.
Low voltage design practices are unacceptable for high voltage, and the best solutions are seldom obvious.
Few are trained in this esoteric field. Of those few, Kaiser Systems makes it a priority to hire the best. All our engineers are high-voltage specialists, and we have the highest proportion of senior engineers in the industry.
Other reasons for choosing Kaiser:
- We've been designing high voltage power supplies to
specific customer requirements since 1980, in a wide variety of applications. We can probably modify an existing design to meet your needs, saving you time and money.
- Our engineers are easy to reach and ready to listen we have enough engineers for the job.
- We're flexible. If you want something changed, chances are we'll change it. We don't lock you into the limitations of our preexisting designs, or trap you in your own design decisions that you may later wish to revise for the further evolution of your product.
- We have rapid ramp-up and ramp-down speeds, so we can keep up with the twists and turns of your project
— we'll work with your schedule.
- We don't cut corners on design, materials, process or testing. If the power supply fails in the field, your product has failed.
- We're certified — ISO-9001:2008 by TÜV Management Services since June 2001.
